1. Who We Are

Dragon Tiger Stat Master ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is published by Manav Arora. The App is a pure educational, statistical, and pattern-analysis study tool for Dragon Tiger card-game outcome data. It is intended only for users aged 18 years and older in jurisdictions where such educational software is permitted.

2. What This App Is — and Is Not

This App IS:

• An offline-first statistical and pattern-analysis tool
• An educational study application for Dragon Tiger outcome data
• A purely analytical software product with optional subscription-based premium features

This App IS NOT:

• A gambling app
• A real-money gaming service
• A betting, wagering, or staking platform
• A money management or bankroll tracking tool
• An "online money game" or "online money gaming service" as defined under any applicable law, including but not limited to India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025

The App does not accept deposits, hold balances, place bets, or facilitate financial transactions of any kind beyond the standard in-app subscription processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS).

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information stored locally on your device (never sent to us)

• Hand-by-hand session data (Dragon / Tiger / Tie outcomes you enter)
• Saved pattern rules and strategies you create
• App preferences (theme, language, mode selection)
• Walkthrough completion state

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (e.g., via the CSV export feature).

3.2 What we do NOT collect

• ❌ No personal information (name, email, phone, address)
• ❌ No device identifiers transmitted for analytics or advertising (the device identifier — the Android ID on Android, identifierForVendor on iOS — is transmitted only to our own backend for anti-piracy verification, where it is hashed before storage — see Section 4)
• ❌ No usage analytics, tracking, or advertising telemetry
• ✅ Crash diagnostics only — if the App crashes, Firebase Crashlytics receives a crash report (device model, OS version, app version, and the technical stack trace) so we can fix the bug. It contains no personal information and no session or prediction data.
• ❌ No session, prediction, or pattern data sent to any third-party AI service (OpenAI, Google Gemini, or any other) — every prediction engine runs on your device
• ❌ No third-party advertising or tracking SDKs (Facebook, Mixpanel, AdMob, AppsFlyer, etc.)
• ❌ No advertising or ad-targeting data
• ❌ No location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage access

3.3 Subscription data

If you purchase a premium subscription:

• Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS) handle all payment processing. We never receive your card numbers, banking details, or other payment information.
• Premium status is verified on your device using Google Play Billing (Android) or StoreKit (iOS), and against our backend as described in Section 4.

4. Permissions We Use

• Internet — required only for: (a) verifying premium purchases with Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS), (b) verifying subscription validity via our Firebase Cloud Functions backend (the device identifier is sent over HTTPS to our own backend and hashed before storage; used for anti-piracy/license validation), (c) sending a crash report to Firebase Crashlytics if the App crashes.
• Billing — required to process premium subscription purchases through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS).

The App does not request or use: location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage (beyond app sandbox), phone, SMS, or accounts permissions.

5. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve App functionality on your device
• To verify premium subscriptions through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use any data for advertising profiling, behavioral targeting, marketing, or any commercial purpose other than App operation.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal data with any third parties.

The only third parties involved are:

• Google Play (Android) — for subscription processing and the Billing API. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store (iOS) — for subscription processing and receipt verification. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Cloud Functions (Google Cloud) — used solely to verify active subscription status and prevent piracy/abuse. Only the device identifier (hashed server-side before storage), a per-day free-prediction counter, your UTC offset, and subscription state are transmitted. No personal data, no session data, no pattern data is sent. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — receives an automatic crash report only when the App crashes, so we can diagnose and fix the fault. A report contains the device model, OS version, app version and the technical stack trace. It contains no personal information and no session, prediction or pattern data. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase App Check / Play Integrity (Google) — issues a short-lived token proving the request comes from a genuine, unmodified install of this App, so our backend can reject tampered clients. No personal data is involved. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Data Security

• All data is stored locally on your device — your information is as secure as your device itself.
• We have no server-side storage, therefore no risk of server-side data breaches affecting your App data.
• All network communication (purchase verification, subscription/anti-piracy checks, crash reports) uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• We do not store passwords because we do not require accounts.

No system is 100% secure, but our offline-first architecture minimises exposure.

8. Data Retention

• Local on-device data: retained until you uninstall the App or clear app data.
• No remote retention: we do not retain user data on any servers.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access any data we hold (we hold none — all is on your device)
• Right to correct data (edit it directly in the App or uninstall)
• Right to delete data (uninstall the App; on Android you can also use "Clear Data" in system settings)
• Right to opt out (uninstall the App)
• Right to data portability (use CSV export feature)
• Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

10. Children's Privacy

This App is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Legal Compliance

The App and its operators comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where the App is available. The App contains no functionality that would constitute an "online money game" or "online money gaming service" under applicable law.

The App makes no representation that it is legal in every jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the App complies with all laws applicable in their location.

12. No Real-Money Gaming Disclaimer

Dragon Tiger Stat Master is a statistical study and pattern-analysis tool only.

• It does not involve real-money gambling.
• It does not accept deposits, bets, or wagers.
• It does not facilitate any financial transactions related to gaming.
• It is intended solely for educational and entertainment purposes for users 18+.
• Past patterns and statistics do not predict future outcomes.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
